MANILA, Philippines — Four police officers allegedly involved in the case of the missing cockfighters (sabungeros) were slapped anew with more administrative cases before the National Police Commission (Napolcom).

Families of at least four individuals believed to have been kidnapped and killed by police officers in 2021 filed the case on Wednesday.
One of the complainants identified the police officers and four of them were on the list of the 12 twho have beenadministratively charged for the same case. They are:
Lt. Col. Ryan Jay Eliab Orapa (Highway Patrol Group)
Maj. Mark Philip Simborio Almedilla (Cavite Highway Patrol Group)
Staff Master Sgt. Mark Anthony Aguilo Manrique (Highway Patrol Group)
Staff Sgt. Edmon Hernandez Muñoz
Suspect-turned-whistle blower Julie Patidongan alias Totoy, said 15 cops were paid by gaming tycoon Charlie “Atong” Ang whom he alleged was the mastermind to kidnap and kill sabungeros found out to be cheating in e-sabong between April 2021 and January 2022.
